Spring Menu 2021


Ham Sliders- shaved ham, swiss, brown sugar butter, apple slices, pretzel buns
Jalapeno Popper Dip- served with pretzel crostini
 Cheese Tray- Variety of 3 cheeses with crackers and grapes


Tuscan Turkey- roasted turkey, bacon, mozzarella, pesto mayo
Cubano-roasted pork loin, ham, swiss, yellow mustard, sliced pickle
Buffalo Chicken- roasted chicken, house buffalo sauce, green onion, bleu cheese

Flat Breads

Mediterranean- artichokes, sundried tomato, feta, olive oil, fresh herbs
Bianco- roasted garlic with mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino, and ricotta and fresh herbs.
Sausage Rustica- house marinara, local Italian sausage, sautéed peppers and onions, mozzarella
Chicken Bacon- roasted garlic confit, chicken, bacon, pesto, asiago cheese blend
