To regain access to your account, please complete these 2 steps!

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO MAINTAIN ACCESS TO THE CLUB PORTAL:
  • Step 1: Reset Your Password

    1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link here.


    2. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you do not know the email attached to your account, please reach out to manager@prairiestatewinery.com.


    3. Follow the link in your email to set up a new password.

  • Step 2: Verify or Update Your Club Payment

    Once you regain access to your account verify your club payment and shipping details.


    1. Make sure you are logged into your account. Pro Tip: Select "Remember Me" for seamless access next time. 


    2.  Access your portal by clicking the account icon located in the top right corner of the screen and choosing the "My Wine Club" tab


    3. Ensure your card on file, shipping, and delivery preferences are correctly updated. If any details are incorrect, you can make the necessary adjustments as follows:


    • Update your payment method by clicking "Change Payment".
    • Modify your shipping address by clicking "Change Address".
    • Alter your shipping preference by selecting "Change to Pickup/Shipping".
    • $20 Shipping for Wine Club releases 

I'M IN! Now what?

  • Purchase Wine and Edit Account

    You can now purchase wine for in-store pick up,  and manage you account as necessary.


    After you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email  and can come in anytime to pick it up.


    For managing your wine club account:

    Simply sign into your account, click the account icon, and click the "My Wine Club" button.
